If so, a Riverside ScrapbookINN-StampINN-QuiltINN weekend is the get-away you’ve been waiting for! It’s an opportunity to gather up your shoe-boxes of photos and scrapbooking supplies. . . or your quilting projects. . . or your favorite book and retreat for a weekend with others who share your passions.
This retreat will remove you from the distractions of home and work, surround you
by kindred spirits, enable you to complete your project, and give you the opportunity to make a host of new friends!
Our Creative Memories consultant is Pat Schneider from St. Joseph, MN. You will appreciate Pat’s winsome personality and her ability to assist you in creating a fun and safe environment for your most memorable photographs. Free use of numerous die-cuts and other Creative Memories supplies are available throughout the weekend. In addition, Creative Memories photo albums and supplies will be available for purchase.
LODGING: The Riverside Inn offers a cozy bed-and-breakfast atmosphere for scrapbookers, stampers,
quilters, jewelry makers, or those who simply want to relax with a good book. Special amenities include an indoor heated pool, whirlpool, sauna, complimentary continental breakfast, free high speed wireless internet access, a spacious fireside lobby, and a staff that specializes in friendliness and personalized service. The Inn’s 22 uniquely decorated themed guest rooms include single and double accommodations and king suites with themes ranging from Up North to Back-to-the-‘50’s! (ALL bed linens and towels are provided.)
LOCATION: Conveniently located on State Highway 23, 13 miles west of St. Cloud, our Cold Spring location provides close access to quilt, craft, and scrapbooking shops such as Craft’s Direct, Scrapbooks Plus, and Gruber’s Quilt Shop, fast food and fine dining restaurants, shopping malls, movie theaters, and more!
WHAT TO BRING: Toiletries, casual clothing, swimsuit, photographs, scrapbooking and quilting supplies, craft items and supplies, favorite books, snacks to share with others, food donation for Saturday's pot-luck luncheon, $ for Saturday supper and for anything you might like to purchase.
COST: $110.00 per person for a 2 night (Friday-Sunday) stay; $155.00 per person for a 3 night (Friday – Monday) stay (tax included.)
HOW TO REGISTER: Complete the retreat registration form and mail it with your credit card number (VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER accepted) or with a check payable to Riverside Inn Inc. A ONE NIGHT deposit fee of $55.00 is required at the time of registration. The balance is due registration day. If you stay a 3rd night an additional $45.00 payment is also due registration day. A confirmation will be mailed to you upon receipt of your completed registration form and deposit.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: In order to avoid an overcrowded facility, and to ensure that each participant has enough “space” to work on their projects, registration will be limited to the first 22 entries. When 22 registrations have been received, registration will be closed . Names of others interested in attending, however, will be kept on file in case any cancellations should occur (see below). People will then be contacted to fill cancelled slots in order of their registration postmark date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your $55.00 deposit/registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to retreat start date, less a $20.00 handling fee. Registration fee will be forfeited for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to retreat start date.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION: We will provide one (1) five-foot long table for scrapbooking, craft, or quilting use per person (additional tables available upon request). Scrapbookers and Quilters will have separate work stations. Ironing boards and irons will be available in the quilting area(s). We recommend you bring a high intensity light and an extension cord to use at your table.
