Playpens, cribs, and highchairs
furnished on availability. One 14' Aluma Craft boat or dock
space for your own boat included in cottage rental. MN sales tax is added to
all rentals.

A deposit of $300.00 per cottage
per week, or $200.00 per cottage per weekend,
is required. |

Deposit will be applied to the last day
of your reservation period.

Deposit will be refunded for
cancellations made 6 or more weeks prior to scheduled arrival date, less a
$50.00 handling fee. |
Memorial/Labor Day Weekends:
Check-In 12:00 noon Friday |
Deposit will be forfeited for
cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to scheduled arrival
date. |

Reservations
Weekly reservations run from
Saturday to Saturday.
Guests are responsible for the entire length of their
confirmed reservation.
The full amount of your reservation must be paid
even though you may leave early.
Cancellations
If you find it necessary to
cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately.
Cancellations
must be made 6 weeks in advance or you will be responsible
for payment on
your confirmed reservation period.
