Additional rate for extra people above those included in base rate:
Age 11 - adult: $15/day, $90/week.
Age 10 and under: $10/day, $60/week
Playpens, cribs and highchairs furnished on availability.
One 14' Aluma Craft boat or dock space for your own boat included in cottage rental. MN sales tax is added to all rentals.

Please help us observe these hours in order for
us to maintain our high standards of cottage cleanliness.

Weekly Saturday reservations:
Check-In 4:00pm
Check-Out 9:00am

Memorial/Labor Day Weekends:
Check-In 12:00 noon Friday
Check-Out 4:00pm Monday

Deposits and Cancellations

• All reservations require an advance deposit.
• Deposit will be refunded in the form of a credit voucher, less a $100 administration fee, for cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date.
• Deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made 8 weeks or less prior to scheduled arrival date.
• We will make our best effort to re-rent cancelled cottages, however, if we are unable to do so, please understand you will be held responsible for full payment on your confirmed reservation period.

Reservations

• Weekly reservations run from Saturday to Saturday.
• Guests are responsible for the entire length of their confirmed reservation.
• The full amount of your reservation must be paid even though you may leave early.
