Our family welcomes you to Riverside Resort, located on the legendary Horseshoe Chain of Lakes in Central Minnesota! Riverside Resort has an unparalleled history of being one of the oldest family owned, family operated resorts in all of Minnesota and in 2009 we are celebrating eighty-two years in the Memory Making business! As part of our personalized Memory Making service, guests at Riverside Resort enjoy Sunday gospel singers and performers, scheduled volleyball games, resort picnics, marshmallow roasts, weekly coloring contests, and visits from Riverside Rabbit, the life-size resort mascot. Near the wooded area Riverside Rabbit calls home, guests will also find campground facilities, a safe, sandy swimming beach with a water slide, a basketball court, horseshoes, a game room, ping-pong, a volleyball court, a large playground area, and a great variety of fishing on the Horseshoe Chain of Lakes. A picturesque view of the Horseshoe Chain of Lakes awaits guests in each of our sixteen cottages and one vacation home rental. Each unit is immaculate and features many comforts of home including complete kitchens, full baths, comfortable bedrooms, and a living room area with color cable television. These deluxe units, including two wheelchair accessible lakeshore units, also feature air-conditioning, sliding glass patio doors, and spacious sundecks. Our Central Minnesota location provides close access to quaint country shops, fine dining, shopping malls, movie theatres, golfing, bowling, roller-skating, horseback riding, tennis courts, and much more!
